PERC and the City of Miami

PERC Decision Re: FOP v. City Of Miami

As you are aware, the last session with the City was not very productive. Since then, the Pension Board has requested a study be done on the pension proposals, voiding the 2011 ordinance and quantifying the impact. The study will be made available to the pension board upon completion.

The PBA has been working to bring this pension issue to a head ASAP. Please stay tuned.
